Goal: to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and evidence-based content with the idea to offer you resources that can help you challenge and take action.
About the Founder
The work on this platform is mainly published by Ms. Faiqua Gul, who holds a unique combination of academic rigor and practical experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Gender Studies, which provides her deep theoretical understanding of gender dynamics, and a Master’s in Public Policy, which offers practical insights into policy-making and systemic change.
Moreover, she is a proud recipient of the DAAD Scholarship, a testament to her academic excellence and the global perspective she gained in Germany. Ms. Faiqua has hands-on work in human rights, women’s empowerment, and the intersection of climate change and gender. Her education and professional experience led her to found TheGender, to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world impact.
